The So Cal Slack Key Festival celebrates ki ho’alu, or “slack key” guitar. Lauded as the “biggest Hawaiian music concert event on the mainland U.S.” the So Cal Slack Key Festival features Grammy-winning slack key guitarists, hula dancers, special guest performers and an Island Marketplace.

The Island Marketplace is a free admission event held from 11:00am – 4:00pm on the same day as the Slack Key Festival. Located just outside the Performing Arts Center building, and includes a selection of vendors with island-themed gifts, home decor, accessories, apparel, Hawaiian food, authentic island-style shave ice and outdoor entertainment.
